This is for those of you who know my family and our dog, Pepper.  I just wanted to let you all know, she's doing a lot better.  The vet gave her some antibiotics and a new arthritis medicine...and she is doing better.  She's still an old dog, and everything that means...but she is a happy old dog with a wet nose and perky ears and laughy-grin-tongue-lolling outlook on life.  The meds are really $$$ but as you know, we owe it to her and if we can make it better, we will.

     And he did some organ function tests, and apparantly she has a very healthy blood chemestry and all of her organs are functioning very well considering she will be 15 in mid March.

     We get to have the old girl around a little longer.  Thanks for all your thoughts, prayers, well-wishes...etc.
