I just got this in my e-mail from my friend Kristi, who got it from a friend of hers.  Let me know (in the comments) if you are interested, and I will get the contact information for you.  Just remember to enter your correct e-mail.  It will not be published, but it will come to me so I can send you the info, including pictures of the kittens.

Hi!

A week ago I found four abandoned kittens.  They had been left by a shed on the outer part of Maple Grove.  There were some empty cans of cat food and they seemed to be very, very hungry, so I'm not sure how long they had been there.

One of the kittens was adopted right away by one of the people that helped wrangle them.  The other three have been living on our front porch since then.  At first, they were terrified of any human contact.  However, they became very tame and sweet within a few days.  We would love to keep them, but we already have two older cats who haven't been all that thrilled to have their front porch occupied by these "visitors".

These kittens are so cute and look like they will grow up to be very beautiful.  They are from two different litters - the smallest ones are approximately 7-8 weeks old (they are such tiny squeakers!) and the "bigger" one is probably 3-4 months old.  All of them are completely black, with varying degrees of fur length.  I am pretty sure that the older one is a female and the younger two are a male & a female (I could be wrong - it is difficult to tell with the tiny ones).  They are all litter box trained and can eat dry food, although we've been feeding them both canned & dry.

Because the two little ones are so closely bonded, we would like to see them go together if at all possible.  All three get along great and will make wonderful pets.  We aren't charging anything for them - we would just like to see them go to a good, loving home.

I've attached some pictures to give you somewhat of an idea of what they look like.  If you are interested in adopting one or more of these sweet things, please contact me as soon as possible.  We can't keep them here for much longer.

Feel free to pass this information on to anyone you think might be interested.

Thanks so much!
