It is a series of responses to suggestions made at a government website entitled: http://www.4parents.gov/

And no, it’s not an educational site on the merits of polyfidelity entitled “Heather has three mommies and one REALLY happy daddy.”

 This site is an info site on resources parents can use to educate their children about abstinence as a form of contraception.  To be fair, the Mental Health area has some good, basic advice and information…but the “conversation starters” area is really messed up.
