Everyone should have a Rick.  We have a Rick.  Try to contain your jealousy.  Rick builds good, cheap computers...and can keep them running.  He is a hardware GURU.  Rick give good shoulder rubs, and often makes himself available for emergency babysitting.  Rick’s nickname is “Lord Exuberance”, because he is.  Nobody plays a brooding vampire lord in made-for-fun internet movies quite the way Rick does.  Rick will work for food (Davanni’s pizza).

Not only that, but the energy, sensitivity, exuberance, ingenuousness and impulsivity of our Rick make for really really entertaining stories – and Rick doesn’t mind if you tell them.

Rick appears to be finally, truly happy.  Which makes us happy.

This blog entry is a small token of appreciation for Rick, who got Rocky’s computer running again and stopped the frowny-stressy effect of a dead computer on our household.  This he has done many times, and this he will most likely do again.
