Pray for Daylight will be playing at the Riverview Theater in Minneapolis, MN

Thursday, June 28th at 5:30 PM.

I admit, it isn't an easy day/time to get into Minneapolis...but it's FREE FREE FREE!

Featuring original music from local music phenomenon Jagged Spiral. (I just want to hear what Conrad Zero says about being called a "Phenomenon" chances are, something acerbic.  Just guessin')  Oh!  and Conrad of Jagged Spiral also plays "The Vampire Most Likely to Freak You the Hell Out! In phonetic Serbian!"

And it's not every day you get to see Rockford Lhotka playing a menacing Serbian gypsy guard.

And I'm in it, playing the role of "Most Usless and Pathetic Vampire EVER!"  (Tony thought it would be funny, since I was the fight choreographer)

So get your cookies down there and take a gander.  I guarantee the quality will impress you much more on the big screen than it does on Google Video.

I'm going to be there, as are many of the cast/crew.

Come and see what a bunch of geeks can do with too much time on their hands and a digital camera.

Congrats! If I were within, say, 1000 miles it would be worth the road trip. *sigh*

You might want to remove the "Amateur" from the "Digital Film" category though. You guys are slowly moving up in the world.

BTW. Did you pick out the shirt for the Wikipedia article? I'm just sayin.

Ben

There was a MUCH nicer picture up there before. I think an "baddie" replaced it. :-)

Since you can't edit your entry yourself, and you can't ask anyone to do it for you, we just have to wait until someone gets the idea to do it. :-)

Actually, looking at that picture, I realize where it was taken, and who took it and put it up. It wasn't a baddie, it was a Dracut. I have to say, though that there might be better pictures out there, but now that I know where it was taken, I wouldn't want it changed. It was a very special occasion indeed. The wedding where the picture was taken required the wearing of "Hawiian" shirts.

Rocky didn't have a "Hawaiian" shirt per se, so he settled for that one, which was made for him by my mother. It was intended for use as a "God" shirt...for when he was being a DM. It definately has a "beginning of the world" feel to it, with the flaming skies, and lightening, and rolling dark clouds, etc.

My mom also knitted him a "Dr. Who" scarf, that is just rediculously, rediculously long, and we expressly to use up her numerous scraps of yarn.

As Kosh might say, having a nutty mother is a three-edged sword.

Gee,

If some appropriate copyright-less picture were to, say, darken my inbox, I'd do what I can. Perhaps Rocky as Dr. Who? Or really freak the programming community out and post his picture as "a menacing Serbian gypsy guard?"
