Anomalous Data - Black Sash Prep update

Well, I made an appointment to see Falina (massage therepist) for an hour yesterday. She worked on me for just over two hours. She would have done more, but I had to go because Tim was getting out of school.

Went to the chiropractor/kenisieologist today. She worked on me for an hour and a half...including putting BOTH of my bicep muscles back in their little grooves that they are supposed to be in (by the way, ouch).

Apparently, I've been beating the hell out of my body. Huh. I wonder why? :-)

Having a bit of the "final's week effect". My house is getting REALLY clean, as I try to find other stuff to think about.

There's GOT to be an easier way to get a black sash...

...oh yeah...

Take lessons from old mullet head...

...no thanks.

Back to work.

Oh no, just ask the mullet man. He'll tell you. He's not at all affiliated with the mysterious Hong Kong Kung Fu Association that is stalking and harassing my instrutor and his students (at least, the ones they know about).

He has no knowledge of them, nor any control over them.
